Free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental USA. Shipping takes 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping to Canada is $7 extra. A common question we receive is from our Canadian customers who have been waiting for 10 days and still have not received their package. We ship all International order via the United States Postal Service due to their lower custom fees (to save YOU money) the only negative to this is that they do not update tracking when the package arrives in your country. Please be patient when waiting for your order - most of the time it's your country's customs department holding the package. Usual ship time is 5-14 days, although it sometimes takes up to 21 days. 

If the unit is defective, there is a lifetime functional warranty provided by the Magic Flight manufacturer. 

Priority Mail, small flat rate box size is 5-3/8" x 8-5/8" x 1-5/8".
The return address says 'Binary Jungle', there are no other markings on the box.
